Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Processing

  • All payments to Global EXIM are processed exclusively through our Payment Gateway Providers.
  • Any discrepancies in payment realization typically take 24-48 hours for identification by the Payment Gateway Providers, after which further assistance will be provided.
 

2. Taxation

  • All transactions on the Global EXIM platform are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) at a rate of 18% (9% IGST and 9% SGST).
 

3. Duplicate Payments

  • If a customer unintentionally makes a duplicate payment, it should be reported to info@globaleximinstitute.com.
  • Similar to other payment issues, discrepancies in realization may take 24-48 hours for identification and further assistance by the Payment Gateway Providers.
 

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Fees paid towards any Training Programs by Global EXIM are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • However, if needed, your registration can be shifted to a future session or batch. Please note that any change in the batch/session must be communicated by 9 AM on the day the training begins.
 

5. No Cancellation Policy

  • Once payment is made by the customer, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Alternatively, you may shift your registration to a future session or batch, with the same notification requirement by 9 AM on the day of the training’s commencement.
 

6. Fee Structure Changes

  • Global EXIM reserves the right to change the fee structure of its Training Programs.
  • Customers who have pre-registered for a particular training will be notified of any changes via email.
