Client Support Services
- Assist clients with a wide range of support services related to export-import activities.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer-centric focus in all interactions with clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their concerns and resolving issues effectively.
Communication Facilitation:
- Act as a bridge between clients, external service providers, and the company to facilitate seamless communication.
- Ensure that all parties involved in export-import transactions are well-informed and aligned.
- Coordinate and relay messages, instructions, and documentation as needed.
Export-Import Query Handling:
- Handle incoming calls from past participants seeking clarification on export-import procedures, regulations, and best practices.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export-import industry trends and regulations.
Prospect Engagement:
- Contact prospects who have experienced payment-related issues and aim to resolve these challenges.
- Use persuasive communication skills to encourage prospects to complete payments and continue their engagement with our programs.
- Track and document prospect interactions for follow-up and reporting purposes.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and support requests in our CRM system.
- Prepare and send follow-up emails and documentation to clients and prospects.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to support services.
Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with team members, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a cohesive client experience.
- Share client feedback and insights to help improve our services and processes.
Evolution:
- As a company we evolve with time and trends of the industry, and the team is also engaged in improving themselves time to time.
- Flexibility to take up new tasks as part of improvements being made in the process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- 3+ Years experience in customer support or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of export-import concepts and regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and office productivity tools.
- Decent Laptop and Mobile to work remotely.
*Working Conditions*:
- This position involves working in a Hybrid work mode.
- Occasional travel may be required for Company Shipments or company-related events in Navi Mumbai.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
